Infinite Consulting Corp. is seeking a Senior Safety Manager to oversee safety compliance across multiple construction and infrastructure projects in the New York City metro area.

The role emphasizes audits, regulatory adherence, documentation, safety training, and corrective action management to keep projects audit-ready. Responsibilities include leading formal safety audits, preparing CAPs, and coordinating with field teams, subcontractors, and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Conduct formal safety compliance audits across all projects in accordance with agency safety manuals, contract requirements, and site safety plans, using audit schedules, checklists, and reporting tools.
• Prepare, manage, and close out audit documentation and CAPs with detailed reports and risk assessments.
• Fill in on-site when needed.
• Enforce and improve the Quality Control Program and conduct regular safety audits to ensure regulatory and client compliance.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, forms, documentation, and workflows for better safety performance.
• Support the Safety Director in implementing company-wide safety programs for multiple clients and agencies.
• Prepare, review, maintain, and submit SSP, JHA, AHA, toolbox talks, incident and near-miss reports.
