We seek a Project Manager to lead day-to-day operations, coordinate multiple trades, track schedules, and ensure quality and regulatory compliance on diverse public projects. The role emphasizes collaboration, strong communication, and proactive problem-solving within a cultured, safety-focused environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in construction management (prefer public projects).
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Experience overseeing multiple trades and diverse project types (municipal, healthcare, education).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day project operations coordinating contractors, subcontractors, and project teams.
• Track project schedules and milestones, identify delays, and help develop mitigation plans.
• Manage project documentation including RFIs, submittals, and change orders.
• Collaborate to ensure goals from budget to timeline and quality control are met.
• Participate in client and team meetings, prepare progress reports and updates.
• Coordinate inspections ensuring compliance with building codes and regulatory requirements.
