Responsibilities

• Track schedules and milestones; identify delays and help mitigate them.
• Manage RFIs, submittals, and change orders.
• Ensure project goals meet budget, timeline, and quality targets.
• Prepare progress reports and attend client/team meetings.
• Coordinate inspections to meet codes and regulatory requirements.
