Turner & Townsend is seeking a Risk Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate has a track record of supporting large-scale construction projects with exposure to complex programs across key markets including data centers and critical infrastructure.

The role focuses on risk identification, quantitative assessments, and collaboration with cost/schedule teams to drive proactive risk management and value for clients. On-site presence is expected in Louisville, KY.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, cost management, quantity surveying, engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of applicable experience in construction risk or program controls.

Responsibilities

• Maintain visibility of threat/opportunity trigger points for risk budgeting.
• Produce risk reports to communicate threat and opportunity status.
• Conduct quantitative risk assessment (cost & schedule) for contingency levels.
• Lead end-to-end risk management across multiple projects/programs.
• Collaborate with project controls to integrate risk with cost and schedule.
