Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Risk Manager to join our growing team. You will lead risk identification, quantification, and mitigation for large-scale construction programs across multiple sectors.

The role requires deep knowledge of risk management, strong stakeholder skills, and the ability to integrate risk with cost and schedule control. On-site presence may be required based on client needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction-related field.
• Minimum 3 years of applicable experience.
• Experience in procurement and contract management on construction projects.
• Experience in Program Management or Program Controls environments.
• Deep knowledge of risk identification and mitigation techniques.
• Strong communication, analytical and negotiation skills.
• Understanding of construction contracts, commercial models and delivery methods.
• Proficiency in process mapping, root cause analysis and value-stream mapping.
• Familiarity with ARM, Predict, Tableau.

Responsibilities

• Maintain visibility of risk triggers to profile risk costs and budget drawdown.
• Use risk data to inform investment planning.
• Monitor risk exposure and remaining risk budget.
• Collaborate with contractors to assess and align risks.
• Produce timely risk reports for stakeholder communication.
• Conduct quantitative risk assessments for cost and schedule.
• Develop and improve risk management processes and plans.
• Lead end-to-end risk management across multiple projects.
• Integrate risk management with program controls teams.
