Job summary

Airswift seeks a Risk Manager to join a growing commercial construction organization. The role supports insurance procurement, contract review, claims coordination, risk transfer, bonding, and subcontractor insurance compliance while partnering with project teams and leadership.

The ideal candidate has 5-8 years in construction risk management or construction-focused insurance, with a strong grasp of indemnification and risk transfer, plus experience coordinating with carriers and brokers.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of construction risk management or construction-focused insurance experience.
• Experience with insurance procurement and administration.
• Strong understanding of construction contracts, indemnification, and risk transfer.
• Claims management and carrier/broker coordination experience.
• ARM, CRIS, CPCU, or similar certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support insurance procurement for projects and maintenance of coverage.
• Review construction contracts to assess risk and indemnification language.
• Coordinate claims and liaise with carriers and brokers.
• Assist with risk transfer strategies, bonding and subcontractor insurance compliance.
• Collaborate with project teams and leadership to manage risk across the portfolio.
