Visionaire Partners, LLC. seeks a lead risk governance specialist to drive insurance placements, risk transfer, and contract protections across large commercial, MEP, and industrial build projects. The role sits within Legal and reports to executive leadership in a multi-regional environment.

You will safeguard operational assets, guide claims strategy, and oversee wrap-up programs while mentoring a junior analyst and collaborating with brokers, TPAs, and EHS teams.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in commercial risk management within general contracting, specialized MEP trades, or industrial construction.
• Experience presenting analytics, exposure forecasts, and loss trends to executive teams.
• Strong background in Builder's Risk, liability, wrap-ups, and indemnification provisions.
• History of mentoring junior risk staff.
• Advanced Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct the structuring, placement, and administration of commercial policies (Builder’s Risk, GL, WC, Excess/Umbrella, Pollution, Cyber).
• Redline and negotiate risk-transfer clauses in prime and subcontractor agreements.
• Collaborate with brokers and TPAs on renewals, pricing efficiency, and reserve allocations.
• Oversee claims handling and loss trends with Legal and EHS teams to mitigate financial impact.
• Supervise and develop a junior analyst handling fleet/auto exposure.

Join an established, multi-regional commercial contractor and infrastructure firm as the lead specialist driving risk governance, specialized project insurance, and contractual protections. Embedded within Legal and reporting to executive leadership, you will safeguard operational assets, lead insurance placements, and guide claims strategy across large-scale commercial, mechanical, and technical build environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct the structuring, placement, and administration of commercial policies (Builder’s Risk, GL, WC, Excess/Umbrella, Pollution, Cyber).
• Redline and negotiate risk-transfer clauses (indemnity, additional insured status, liability caps, subrogation waivers) in prime and subcontractor agreements.
• Collaborate with brokers and TPAs on renewals, pricing efficiency, and reserve allocations.
• Oversee claims handling and loss trends alongside Legal and EHS teams to mitigate financial impact and improve safety metrics.
• Supervise and develop a junior analyst handling fleet/auto exposure.
• Manage wrap-up programs (OCIP/CCIP), surety bond compliance, and risk due diligence.

Qualifications
