Job summary

WithCoverage is looking for a Lead Risk Advisor to manage construction client relationships end-to-end. You’ll work directly with business leaders to assess risks, lead Risk Analyses, and deliver tailored insurance solutions.

The ideal candidate has 4-7 years of commercial insurance experience, particularly in construction, and will develop marketing proposals and manage portfolios effectively.

Qualifications

• 4-7 years of commercial insurance experience, preferably in construction.
• Strong familiarity with construction risk types.
• Must own outcomes and be accountable.

Responsibilities

• Manage construction accounts end-to-end.
• Lead Risk Analyses with senior executives.
• Develop marketing proposals for renewals.
• Establish relationships with underwriting partners.
