Hunter Sage, a growing energy and industrial company, seeks a Senior Recruiter – Construction to act as a strategic partner to business leaders across technical, engineering, operations, and corporate functions. You will drive full-cycle recruiting, from intake to offer, ensuring alignment with timelines and workforce plans.

You will build robust talent pipelines, advise stakeholders on evaluations and interview practices, and use recruiting analytics and market data to inform decisions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting for technical, engineering, operations, manufacturing, supply chain, or corporate functions.
• Strong proficiency with ATS and recruiting analytics.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting from intake to offer.
• Partner with hiring leaders to develop strategies and hiring plans.
• Advise on candidate evaluation, interview practices, and market trends.
• Build talent pipelines through sourcing and networking.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience and accurate data in the ATS.
• Collaborate with HR and business leaders on workforce planning.
