Job summary

Primoris Energy Services is actively recruiting a Senior Recruiter to manage end-to-end staffing for industrial construction and oil & gas projects. The role focuses on attracting talent, screening applicants, and extending offers, with compliance to employment laws and company policies.

You will coordinate recruitment strategies across multiple locations, support advertising efforts, and participate in career fairs to ensure a steady pipeline of qualified candidates.

Qualifications

• 3-6+ years’ related experience in the industrial construction/oil and gas industry.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Ability to write reports, job descriptions, offer letters, and other HR correspondence.
• Full understanding of employment law and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate recruiting efforts to attract prospective candidates for positions company-wide (skilled trades and professional).
• Screen, interview, and make recommendations for prospective employees.
• Extend offers and inform candidates of scope of work.
• Maintain applicant tracking and update resume information in the database.
• Attend career fairs and conduct market research for talent availability.
