Job summary

Construction Material Testing is seeking a Construction Quality Manager III to lead the program-wide quality system and audit regime on a major project portfolio. You will own the QC organization, mentor staff, and serve as the primary liaison during audits with owners and regulators, driving corrective actions and continuous improvement.

With 10+ years in construction quality and senior certifications, you will shape QA policy, oversee performance metrics, and guide teams across disciplines.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in construction quality
• 5+ years managing quality programs and staff
• Experience with owner quality programs under ISO 9001, NQA-1, or DOT QA frameworks
• Proven ability to build a QC organization on a new program

Responsibilities

• Establish the program quality management system: plans, procedures, forms, and the audit schedule
• Direct Quality Managers I and II across projects; set coverage and develop staff
• Lead internal audits and host owner, agency, and third-party audits
• Own the corrective-action program; approve QC plans, ITPs, and subcontractor qualifications
• Report quality metrics to program leadership monthly
