Job summary

Construction Material Testing seeks a Construction Quality Manager III to lead quality across a major program in Florida. You will own the site quality management system, audit program, and relationships with the owner's quality organization, guiding QC staff on multiple projects.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in construction quality.
• 5+ years leading quality programs and staff.
• Certifications incl. USACE CQM-C, ICC Special Inspector(s), NICET IV, ASQ CMQ/OE.
• Experience with ISO 9001, NQA-1, or DOT QA frameworks.
• Proven ability to build a QC organization on a new program.

Responsibilities

• Establish the program quality management system with plans, procedures, forms, and audit schedules.
• Direct Quality Managers I and II across projects; set coverage and develop staff.
• Lead internal audits and host owner, agency, and third-party audits.
• Own the corrective-action program; approve QC plans, ITPs, and subcontractor qualifications.
• Report quality metrics — test pass rates and audit findings — to program leadership monthly.
• Act as the program's memory; ensure records and standards stay consistent across changes.
