Job summary

Construction Material Testing in the United States (Olathe, KS) seeks a Construction Quality Manager III to direct quality across a major program, with Quality Managers and inspectors reporting to you. You own the site quality management system, audits, and the development of every QC person.

You lead internal audits, coordinate owner and third-party audits, approve QC plans and ITPs, and report quality metrics to program leadership monthly.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in construction quality with 5+ years in managing programs and staff.
• USACE CQM-C plus senior certification (ICC Special Inspector, NICET IV, or ASQ CQA/CMQ-OE).
• Experience with owner quality programs under ISO 9001, NQA-1, or DOT QA frameworks.
• Proven ability to build a QC organization on a new program.

Responsibilities

• Establish the program quality management system.
• Direct Quality Managers I and II across projects.
• Lead internal audits and host owner/agency/third-party audits.
• Own corrective-action program; approve QC plans and qualifications.
• Report quality metrics to program leadership monthly.
