Job summary

Construction Material Testing is seeking a Construction Quality Manager II to lead the quality control program on large, multi-phase projects including heavy civil and federal work under USACE or NAVFAC standards. You will oversee field inspectors, run three-phase control meetings, and be accountable for all test results and nonconformances.

Responsibilities include writing and maintaining the QC plan, leading meetings, supervising staff, and coordinating laboratory testing and certifications

Qualifications

• 6+ years in construction quality control or special inspection.
• Experience supervising inspectors on large multi-phase projects.
• Strong written and verbal communication under QA/Audits.

Responsibilities

• Write and maintain the project quality control plan.
• Lead preparatory, initial, and follow-up phase meetings.
• Supervise QC inspectors and testing technicians.
• Review reports and NCRs, coordinate with owners.
• Coordinate lab testing, mix design approvals, and certifications.
