Job summary

• Minimum 6+ years in construction quality control or special inspection.
• Two+ years supervising inspectors required.
• Must hold USACE CQM-C certificate plus ICC/NICET certifications.

Responsibilities

• Write and maintain the project quality control plan and secure owner/agency acceptance.
• Lead preparatory, initial, and follow-up phase meetings for each feature of work.
• Supervise QC inspectors and testing technicians; assign daily coverage and review reports.
• Manage nonconformance and corrective-action process; present at owner QA/QC meetings.
• Coordinate laboratory testing, mix design approvals, and material certifications across subcontractors.
