Fluor Corporation in the United States is seeking a Site Quality professional to oversee auditing and quality control across construction activities. You will review project requirements, monitor executions, and ensure documentation supports turnover and record retention at the project site.

The role requires extensive experience as a quality inspector, with certifications preferred. Strong communication, teamwork, and multilingual abilities are valued.

Qualifications

• Seven (7) years of experience as a quality inspector.
• Certification by a recognized authority preferred; Fluor requires internal certifications for some roles.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to speak/read multiple languages.
• Ability to work well with others.

Responsabilités

• Act as Lead Auditor to plan, perform, report quality audits of construction activities.
• Perform physical inspection of diverse discipline activities (welding, piping, civil, concrete, buildings, fixed and rotating equipment, electrical, control systems, coatings, insulation, and non-destructive testing).
• Develop site quality manual for the project or contribute to it.
• Provide Quality input to site-issued purchase orders or contract bid documents.
• Coordinate with project Quality representative and provide training of site quality program.
• Review and approve contractor quality programs and inspection/test plans; identify hold/witness points.
• Assist site manager with resolution of quality-related client complaints.
• Verify site non-destructive evaluation program compliance with codes and standards.
• Determine tool/equipment calibration needs for inspections.
• Develop site-specific quality procedures as necessary.
