Qualifications

• Two to three year technical or engineering diploma or global equivalent with four years of related experience.
• Ability to communicate effectively with audiences including management, coworkers, clients, vendors, contractors, and visitors.
• Job-related technical knowledge to complete the job.
• Ability to learn and apply knowledge of applicable regulations.
• Attention to detail and time-conscious work style.

Responsibilities

• Review project technical requirements such as prime contract, codes, standards, and specifications.
• Monitor/inspect project and construction execution to ensure compliance; issue reports and follow up to closure.
• Provide oversight support to quality inspection and testing activities.
• Analyze and recommend solutions with varying complexity.
• Organize and prioritize multiple projects to meet deadlines.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
