Qualifications

• Accredited four (4) year degree or global equivalent in applicable field and seven (7) years of work-related experience or a combination of education and directly related experience equal to eleven (11) years if non-degreed.
• Ability to communicate effectively with audiences that include management, coworkers, clients, vendors, contractors, and visitors.
• Job related technical knowledge necessary to complete the job.
• Ability to learn and apply knowledge of applicable local, state/province, and federal/national statutes and guidelines.
• Ability to attend to detail and work in a time-conscious and time-effective manner.

Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively with department and project personnel regarding Quality policies and procedures.
• Assist in the preparation of project audit schedules, discipline activity plans for the Quality function, and audit reports (internal and external), noting non-conformances and verifying effective corrective action.
• Assist in developing an orientation program to ensure that project teams are familiar with the Project Quality Plan requirements.
• Act as a Quality auditor and follow up on audit findings and corrective actions.
• Assess the ability of suppliers to meet Quality requirements of the project.
• Maintain project Quality records for all phases of the project.
