Job summary

Fluor Corporation in the United States is seeking an experienced Quality professional to apply comprehensive Quality principles across a broad range of project assignments. This role may serve as Office Quality Manager for Medium to Major Execution Office or Project Quality Representative on small to medium projects.

You will communicate policies, assist in audit planning, follow up on corrective actions, and maintain project Quality records while ensuring compliance with applicable standards

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a technical field with related work experience (7+ years) or equivalent.
• Strong communication skills with diverse audiences including management, project teams, vendors and clients.
• Technical knowledge relevant to Quality and project execution; ability to apply regulations and guidelines.
• Ability to learn and apply local, state/provincial, and federal/national statutes and guidelines.
• Attention to detail and the ability to work in a time-conscious, efficient manner.

Responsibilities

• Communicate Quality policies and procedures to project teams and stakeholders.
• Assist in preparing project audit schedules, discipline activity plans, and audit reports; document non-conformances and verify corrective actions.
• Assist the Project Manager in developing an orientation program to ensure teams understand the Project Quality Plan requirements.
• Act as a Quality auditor and follow up on audit findings and corrective actions.
• Assess suppliers' ability to meet project Quality requirements as directed.
• Maintain project Quality records for all phases of the project; perform other duties as assigned.
