Job summary

Fluor Corporation is seeking a Site Quality Supervisor to support the site quality program on projects, overseeing QC activities and potentially serving as Site Quality Manager on smaller projects. This role ensures all work complies with prime contract quality requirements.

Responsibilities include reviewing technical requirements, monitoring execution, supervising QA staff, and proposing practical solutions. Strong communication, attention to detail, and regulatory understanding are essential.

Qualifications

Accredited two or three year technical or engineering diploma or equivalent with 8 years of related experience (or 10 years if no accreditation).
Ability to communicate effectively with management, peers, clients, vendors, contractors and visitors.
Attention to detail and time-conscious work habits.

Responsibilities

Review project technical requirements and applicable codes, standards, and specifications.
Monitor and inspect project execution through surveillance, inspections, and audits as directed.
Supervise Quality personnel performing audits, examinations, inspections, surveillance and testing.
Analyze and make independent recommendations to problems aligned with project objectives.
Plan and organize own work and tasks from management staff.
Other duties as assigned.
