Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Mechanical/Structural Engineering or Construction Management, or related field.
• 5–7 years of construction quality control experience.
• Experience with government contracts (USACE/NAVFAC) is a plus.
• Certifications such as CQM, OSHA 30, or related credentials preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project-specific Quality Control Plans (QCPs).
• Oversee inspections, testing, and documentation of workmanship and compliance.
• Lead QA/QC meetings and coordinate with project teams, subcontractors, and inspectors.
• Prepare monthly QA/QC reports and support continuous improvement initiatives.
