Job summary

DEW Construction Corp. is seeking an Assistant Superintendent based in Manchester, NH to oversee field activities and enforce safety, budget, and schedule goals on multiple projects.

You will manage DEW and subcontractor personnel, support self-perform work, and participate in planning and coordination with design teams to ensure project success. The role requires supervisory experience, strong communication, and the ability to read and interpret plans.

Qualifications

• Supervisory experience in construction management or field supervision.
• Experience reading and interpreting construction drawings and plans.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proven organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced job site.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret contract drawings and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Attend turnover, planning, closeout, and weekly project meetings with subs, vendors, owner, and architect.
• Provide timely input and feedback to customers.
• Coordinate and supervise DEW and subcontractor work crews on-site.
• Ensure safety plans and procedures are followed on every project.
• Submit weekly/daily field reports and monitor budget and schedule.
• Coach and mentor DEW employees to support development and growth.
