Job summary

DPR Construction is seeking a Quality Assurance Leader to build and manage a network of quality professionals, driving prevention-based quality frameworks across projects. You will lead cross-functional teams, ensure adherence to established quality systems, and enable continuous improvement with national resources supporting project teams.

Applicants should have 7–9 years in project management, QA/QC, plus 2–4 years in a managerial role, and ASQ CMQ/OE certification.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, a related field, or equivalent experience required.
• 7-9 years of experience in project management, quality assurance, quality control, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in a managerial capacity.
• American Society for Quality (ASQ) CMQ/OE certification required.
• Healthcare Access OSHPD A license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversees the implementation and maintenance of quality frameworks to ensure products and services meet expectations.
• Facilitates cross-functional quality review meetings, presenting data-driven insights and collaborating on solutions.
• Manages quality coordinators and others to achieve quality expectations and foster growth.
• Manages quality processes in early project phases, ensuring quality is defined and integrated into proposals and procurement.
• Monitors execution of quality processes during construction, ensuring alignment with frameworks.
• Investigates quality non-conformance items and drives corrective/preventive actions.
• Tracks and analyzes key quality metrics to identify trends and drive improvements.
