• 3+ years of progressive QC/QA experience in construction.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain project-specific QA/QC plans, procedures, and checklists to ensure compliance with contract documents, specifications, and codes.
• Lead and supervise QC staff; assign duties, provide guidance, and train to uphold quality procedures.
• Perform regular site inspections and document findings; verify corrective actions for non-conforming work.
• Coordinate third-party and in-house testing programs; review test reports and lab data.
