Job summary

CyberCoders is seeking a Quality Control Manager to lead and coordinate all quality activities on construction projects. You will develop quality policies, oversee daily QC operations, and ensure 100% compliance with project specs and standards across diverse project types.

Ideal candidates have extensive construction experience, strong analytical skills, and the ability to lead teams, manage risk, and drive continuous improvement using Procore, Viewpoint, SharePoint, and MS Office.

Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of construction standards and best practices.
• Experience with IBC knowledge across diverse project types.
• Ability to delegate tasks and supervise performance.
• Excellent analytical skills and organized, systematic thinking.

Responsibilities

• Develop and administer quality policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with project teams to exceed quality expectations.
• Maintain active relationships with engineers and consultants.
• Lead quality management plans and risk prevention.
• Conduct site visits, inspections, and reviews of drawings.
• Chair weekly QC meetings and document NCRs and deficiencies.
