Job summary

Vantage seeks a Senior Manager, Project Planning & Scheduling, NA to lead planning across the North American construction delivery portfolio. You will set standards, governance, and reporting, partnering with Design, Engineering, Procurement, and Operations to improve schedule certainty.

You will build and coach a high‑performing team, drive schedule analytics, and deliver proactive risk management to accelerate speed to market and ensure project success.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in construction planning, scheduling, or project controls.
• 5+ years of leadership experience leading planning/scheduling teams.
• Large-scale data center/infrastructure project experience preferred.
• Experience leading scheduling programs across multiple concurrent projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead NA Planning & Scheduling for Construction Delivery portfolio.
• Establish standards, governance, and best practices across projects.
• Drive schedule reviews, forecasting, and risk management.
• Develop dashboards and analytics for leadership visibility.
