Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, civil engineering, architecture, or related field.
• Eight years of progressively responsible experience in construction project management, design coordination, or contract administration.
• Experience leading large-scale, multi-phase public infrastructure or capital improvement projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, engineering, and construction projects from inception through closeout.
• Manage large and complex construction programs ensuring quality, cost, schedule, and safety standards.
• Prepare reports and presentations for senior leadership.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure project success.
• Develop scopes, schedules, budgets, and resources using modern project management tools.
