Job summary

Adolfson & Peterson Construction in Aurora, CO is seeking an experienced Superintendent to lead on-site operations for projects generally under $75 million, focusing on safety, quality, and timely delivery. You'll work closely with the Project Manager, owner, and design team to manage schedules, cost codes, and trade contractor coordination while upholding AP's incident and injury free culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, architecture, engineering, or related field with 6+ years of experience, or a high school diploma with 10+ years.
• Proficiency with Procore, P6, MS Project, Excel, AutoCad.
• Strong understanding of building plans, value engineering, and life cycle costing.
• OSHA 30 certified or ability to obtain.
• Ability to travel and perform on-site activities; physical readiness as required.

Responsibilities

• Manage on-site construction activities and safety.
• Coordinate trade contractors and suppliers with the Project Manager.
• Develop and maintain the detailed project schedule; manage budgets and cost codes.
• Ensure quality control per AP programs and pursue a zero punchlist.
• Collaborate with owner and design team; participate in pre-construction / planning as needed.
