Job summary

Syner-G is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead capital projects across site expansions, infrastructure upgrades, and turnkey construction initiatives. The role requires coordinating planning, schedule, budget, risks, and stakeholder communication to deliver projects safely and efficiently.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
• 4–9 years of capital projects experience.
• Experience in regulated or complex biotech/pharma environments is preferred.
• PMP, CAPM or similar certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day management of capital projects across planning, schedule, budget, and risk.
• Develop project plans, schedules, and resource allocations.
• Oversee design coordination, procurement, construction, and turnover.
• Manage risks, issues, and change requests with stakeholder communication.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and client communications.
• Prepare reports and dashboards for status updates.
