Qualifications

• 7+ years of construction management experience, including public projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Experience overseeing diverse trade scopes with multiple teams.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day project operations coordinating contractors, subs, and teams.
• Track schedules and milestones; develop mitigation plans for delays.
• Manage project documentation: RFIs, submittals, change orders.
• Coordinate goals for budget, timeline, and quality control.
• Attend client and team meetings; prepare progress reports.
• Coordinate inspections to meet codes and regulatory requirements.
