Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience: 2–6 years in construction/project management on large public sector infrastructure projects.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineering.
• Proficiency with construction software: AutoCad, Autodesk Construction Cloud, Primavera P6, Excel.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate projects by managing RFIs, submittals, and procurement support.
• Manage dashboards/platforms like Autodesk Construction Cloud and BuildingConnected.
• Assist budgeting and track change orders.
• Update schedules and coordinate subcontractor workflows (Primavera P6 a plus).
• Prepare meeting agendas/minutes for OAC meetings.
• Provide field construction support and manage related admin tasks.
