Job summary

Creative Form Development, LLC is seeking a seasoned Construction Project Manager/Senior Project Manager with public sector experience on large-scale projects in the New York metropolitan area. You will oversee schedules, budgets, subcontractors, client relations, and overall project execution while ensuring quality, safety, and contract compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of project management experience on institutional, healthcare, educational, infrastructure, and/or public-sector construction, with public sector preferred.
• Experience managing construction projects valued at $50 million+ preferred.
• Experience working with a team on large-scale projects in the public space.
• Proficiency in construction means, methods, scheduling, budgeting, and contract administration.
• OSHA 30 certification required.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects through construction, commissioning, and closeout.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, work plans, and milestone tracking.
• Coordinate project activities with clients, consultants, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams.
• Manage project team and oversight of documentation (submittals, RFIs, change orders, closeout).
• Monitor progress and take corrective actions to meet schedule and budget objectives.
• Ensure safety, quality, and contract compliance across all phases.
