Job summary

Vanir Construction Management, Inc. is seeking a seasoned professional in Los Angeles to lead multi-phase PMCM projects from pre-construction through close-out.

The role emphasizes coordinating complex programs, managing budgets, and liaising with public agencies to ensure adherence to specifications and timelines. The candidate should have 10+ years in construction or PMCM, a Bachelor's degree in architecture/engineering/construction management, and ideally a CCM credential.

Qualifications

• 10 years full-time paid professional experience in Construction and/or Project/Construction Management of Commercial and/or Public/Educational Facility Construction.
• 3 of the ten years should have responsibility for coordinating complex projects with construction values >$10M.
• CCM credential may substitute for the education requirement.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate all facets of pre-construction, bid and award, construction and close-out phases.
• Review pre-construction documents and provide comments to Designer as needed.
• Prepare reports for upper management on project status and progress.
• Coordinate with public agencies during pre-construction and construction to ensure compliance with off-site work.
• Manage project budget and schedule to meet District standards and monitor monthly budget progress.
