Vanir Construction Management, Inc. is seeking talented Project Managers for general opportunities across California locations.

This general application position allows us to consider you for current and future PMCM roles based on your experience, location, and interests. The Project Manager drives planning, coordination, and direction of project activities from identification through closeout, potentially supervising staff on site or in the office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required; extensive PM exp may substitute.
• Minimum 5 years as a Project Manager.
• Knowledge of master planning, A/E solicitation, design-phase mgmt, cost, scheduling and contracts.
• Proficiency with Prolog and Primavera; strong MS Office skills required.

Responsibilities

• Primary owner liaison for contract, design, systems and deliverables.
• Develop project procedures and coordinate with Owner on contracts and design.
• Manage data, information, communications, and approvals between owner, architects, engineers and project entities.
• Represent owner and project parties in meetings and public forums.
• Oversee project controls, cost, scheduling, and closeout processes.
• Lead project meetings, documentation, and tracking of statuses.
• Coordinate and monitor CM staff, contractors, and related entities.
• Manage bid phase services as required.
