Job summary

Vanir Construction Management, Inc. is seeking a Senior Project Manager to provide planning, coordination and leadership for complex projects. You will supervise project staff and ensure alignment with owner requirements, cost targets and schedules from inception to closeout.

The role requires extensive experience in project controls, documentation, and coordination with owners, architects, engineers, and construction teams to deliver successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or equivalent required.
• 9+ years as a Project Manager and 3+ years supervising Senior Project Managers.
• Advanced knowledge of master planning, A/E solicitation, design-phase management, cost controls.

Responsibilities

• Primary owner liaison for contract, design, systems and deliverables.
• Develop project procedures and consult Owner on contracts and design.
• Ensure contracts, drawings and estimates meet project requirements.
• Manage data, information and approvals between owner, architects and engineers.
• Lead project meetings and coordinate project staff and stakeholders.
