Bingman Construction Company in the United States is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead commercial construction from preconstruction to closeout. You’ll be the key liaison between clients, vendors, subcontractors, and field teams to keep safety, quality, budgets, and timelines on track.

Responsibilities include developing bid and estimate processes, managing base budgets, creating schedules, tracking change orders, and delivering periodic reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CM, Engineering, or Architecture preferred.
• 5+ years of project management experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Develop bid/estimate processes and manage schedules and budgets.
• Coordinate with clients, vendors, subcontractors, and field teams to maintain safety and quality.
• Provide weekly/monthly progress and forecast reports.
• Ensure closeout documents and O&M manuals are delivered.
