Position Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Project Manager to lead commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. The ideal candidate has a proven track record managing large-scale commercial jobs and excels at schedule management, team coordination, and client communication. Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all phases of assigned commercial construction projects ($5M–$100M+).
• Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and consultants throughout the project lifecycle.
• Oversee contracts, budgets, schedules, and change management processes.
• Direct and mentor project teams including assistant project managers and project engineers.
• Work closely with superintendents to ensure quality, safety, and production goals are met.
• Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation and financial reporting.
• Lead project meetings and regularly update stakeholders on progress and risks.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety standards, and company policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years of project management experience in commercial construction.
• Proficiency with project management software (e.g., Procore)
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, local codes, and permitting.
• Business Requirements and Knowledge of A/E/C industry
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
