Job summary

Venture General Contracting is seeking a Project Manager in Seattle, WA to lead projects from inception to closeout. The role requires coordinating with clients, architects, and subcontractors to meet schedule, budget, and contract requirements.

The successful candidate will drive preconstruction activities, manage cost reporting, and mentor the internal team while fostering collaborative relationships with the project stakeholders. A Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 8+ years of construction management experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Office & Outlook)
• Strong knowledge of project management and scheduling software
• Ability to multitask and lead teams effectively

Responsibilities

• Lead project phases from business development to commissioning
• Coordinate work using 2D/3D coordination, shop drawings, and reviews
• Develop and manage cost reports and monthly pay applications
• Prepare owner/venture contracts with partner buy-in
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, architects, and subcontractors
• Identify risks and implement mitigation plans
