Job summary

Jobot seeks a seasoned Project Manager to lead construction projects in Las Vegas from bid to closeout. You will own schedules, budgets, and client communications, coordinating subs and suppliers to deliver on time and within budget.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in PM or estimating for commercial construction, strong reading of drawings, and expertise with Procore or MS Project. The role offers high visibility and long-term growth in a stable firm.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Project Management and/or Estimating experience in commercial or general construction.
• Strong understanding of construction means, methods, and sequencing.
• Experience preparing and updating project schedules.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong cost control, budgeting, and forecasting skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate estimates, bid packages, and project proposals.
• Review plans, specifications, and contract documents.
• Develop and maintain project schedules.
• Manage projects from award through closeout.
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers.
• Monitor project budgets, costs, change orders, and forecasts.
• Conduct project meetings and maintain client communication.
• Track project progress and proactively resolve issues.
• Manage procurement and material deliveries.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and contract requirements.
