Job summary

EV Construction is seeking a Project Manager to lead projects from initiation to close, owning the process and managing risks to deliver on time and within budget.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in construction management or related field and at least 10 years' experience in construction/engineering disciplines, with strong communication, leadership, and training willingness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field; equivalent combination acceptable.
• 10 years in construction management/architectural tech/engineering.
• Ability to read plans and specifications.
• Proficiency in project scheduling software.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) and Bluebeam.
• Estimating experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day project needs and long-term planning.
• Coordinate field team and meetings; create action items.
• Manage contract documents and change orders.
• Facilitate coordination and grow relationships with owner, designer and trades.
• Coordinate overall project schedule and planning with field management to push progress.
