Job summary

EV Construction seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead complex commercial projects in West Michigan, with emphasis on healthcare and senior living facilities. You will own the project from preconstruction through turnover, driving budgets, schedules, contracts, and overall performance while coordinating with clients, design teams, and trade partners.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years of experience in commercial construction, a relevant degree, and strong leadership.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of commercial construction experience leading complex projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, architectural technology, engineering, or related field.
• Healthcare or Senior Living construction experience in West Michigan preferred.
• Advanced knowledge of design coordination, contracts, scheduling, and cost management.
• Proficiency with project scheduling software and office tools (Bluebeam/Adobe).

Responsibilities

• Own projects from preconstruction through closeout, delivering on time and within budget.
• Manage project financials, budgets, forecasting, invoicing, and profitability.
• Coordinate schedules, contracts, changes, and documentation.
• Collaborate with owners, architects, engineers, trade contractors, and EV teams.
• Identify risks and resolve conflicts while maintaining client relationships.
• Mentor junior project staff and uphold EV safety and quality standards.
• Represent EV Construction with professionalism and integrity to clients.
