The Senior Project Manager – Commercial Construction is a full-time, on-site role based in Rockland, MA. This role oversees the planning, execution, and delivery of commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality and safety standards. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating project schedules, managing subcontractors and vendors, reviewing drawings and specifications, and collaborating with internal teams and external partners to resolve issues and keep projects on track. The Senior Project Manager will lead regular progress meetings, monitor site activities, support inspections, and prepare status reports and documentation for stakeholders.
