Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Permanent Project Manager for our Development team in the Construction industry in Salem, Oregon. The role focuses on leading projects from concept to completion, coordinating design, permitting, construction, and close-out while maintaining schedules and budgets.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree in construction management or related field, at least five years of PM experience in construction, and strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within construction.
• Proven track record delivering construction projects from start to finish.
• Strong knowledge of scheduling, budgeting, and regulatory processes.
• PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate all aspects of the project from design to close-out.
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and budgets.
• Liaise with zoning, permitting, and regulatory bodies.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors.
• Communicate status to stakeholders and manage risks.
