Job summary

JE Dunn Construction is seeking a Project Manager 2 to provide direction on moderately complex projects within our National Healthcare Division, with travel up to 50% to project assignments across the country. The role focuses on implementing project operations and managing administration in support of our strategy and values.

You will lead safety culture, coordinate with preconstruction and subcontractors, develop schedules, manage budgets, and drive lean processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering or related field.
• 7+ years construction management experience.
• Willingness to travel and work non-traditional hours.
• Experience coordinating with owners, subcontractors and design teams.

Responsibilities

• Leads safety culture and investigates incidents.
• Coordinates preconstruction activities, bid packages and schedules.
• Manages subcontractor pricing, change orders and submittals.
• Develops and updates project schedules and budgets.
• Produces regular project status reports and risk analyses.
• Performs project closeout using defined processes.
