Penhall Company is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead high-value construction projects nationwide. You will drive strategy, schedule, budget, and contract execution, mentoring teams and ensuring successful delivery across locations.

The role requires extensive experience in heavy civil, demolition, or specialty subcontracting, with strong leadership, financial acumen, and stakeholder management. Travel and flexible site assignments are expected.

Formación

• Experience leading large-scale heavy civil, demolition, or specialty subcontracting projects.
• 10+ years of project management experience in construction.
• Proven ability to manage multi-location teams and diverse stakeholders.
• Strong financial planning, forecasting, and cost-control capabilities.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale construction projects across nationwide operations.
• Provide strategic oversight to project teams, ensuring alignment with scope, schedule, budget, and contracts.
• Oversee multiple projects simultaneously and maintain alignment with schedules and milestones.
• Own financial performance of projects, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost-to-complete projections.
• Lead change orders, risk management, and contract interpretation to minimize disputes.
