Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction, business, or related field of study.
• Minimum of seven (3) years of project management experience in heavy construction, design-build projects, and managing multi-million-dollar projects.
• Demonstrates exceptional oral and written communication competencies.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage diverse and complex construction projects using sound PM principles.
• Administer contracts, schedules, and cost management; ensure contracts are sound and negotiated.
• Lead clients and build strong relationships; Negotiate scope changes with subcontractors.
• Identify risk and develop mitigation strategies.
• Participate in pre-construction, progress and planning meetings with stakeholders.
• Collaborate with construction and engineering teams to plan, procure and execute work for each phase.
