Job summary

Olgoonik Corporation seeks an experienced Project Manager for a multi-year NIH project at the NIH Main Campus in Bethesda, MD and other Maryland locations. The role requires directing scope, estimating, scheduling, and subcontractor oversight to ensure timely completion of multiple projects.

The candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in engineering or construction and at least 10 years of PM experience, with proficiency in MS Office and RS Means. Travel to project sites may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of project management experience on construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Participate in scoping, proposals, estimates, and subcontractor management for multiple projects.
• Coordinate field work with project managers, superintendents, and clients to ensure on-time completion.
• Review subcontractor submittals and shop drawings; prepare client submittals for approval.
• Monitor field construction for submittal compliance and update red-line drawings for close-out.
