Job summary

Olgoonik is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to oversee multiple construction projects from pre-proposal through completion. You will direct work for all assigned projects, coordinate with subcontractors and vendors, and ensure timely, cost-effective performance in line with FAR requirements.

The role requires strong scheduling, documentation, and communication skills, with experience in government contracts and project reporting. Travel to project sites is expected as needed.

Qualifications

• Five years’ experience in construction with emphasis on project coordination.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and coordinate with subcontractors and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Oversees multiple projects and proposals to meet contract goals and objectives.
• Establishes progress and procurement schedules.
• Submits documents to the government and disseminates documentation to subcontractors and vendors.
• Maintains contract documentation and monitors administrative procedures.
