Qualifications

• Ten years of progressive experience in construction management, especially on federal projects.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management or equivalent experience.
• Experience with cost estimating, cost control, scheduling, and contract administration.
• Familiarity with CQC systems and working under U.S. Federal Government contracts.
• Ability to lead multi-location construction activities and coordinate with government clients.

Responsibilities

• Manage all construction activities from notice to proceed through closeout, ensuring safety and quality.
• Lead scoping, estimating, scheduling, and risk identification for projects.
• Prepare and support cost estimates and proposals for government clients.
• Oversee subcontractor performance and administer subcontract agreements.
• Review submittals, shop drawings, and material data for compliance.
• Coordinate with project managers, QC, safety, and stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and reports.
