Job summary

Olgoonik Management Services, LLC seeks a Project Manager for NIH-related work on the NIH Main Campus in Bethesda, MD and other Maryland sites. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in engineering or construction and at least ten years of PM experience with cost control and scheduling.

The candidate will lead multiple projects, coordinate field activities with subs and clients, review submittals, and ensure compliant, timely project delivery. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or construction or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 10 years of project management experience in construction.
• Familiar with cost control, scheduling and estimating software.

Responsibilities

• Participates in scoping sessions, produces cost estimates and bid packages.
• Coordinates field work with PMs, superintendents and clients to ensure on-time completion.
• Reviews submittals and shop drawings, and prepares client submittals.
• Ensures as-built drawings and close-out documentation are accurate.
• Supports safety programs and OSHA regulatory training.
